Mark Vosylius BA: A skilled negotiator, entrepreneur and visionary, Mark has been involved in real estate management for over 16 years. He also posses extensive operational management abilities from his 18 years as president and CEO of an international manufacturing / distribution company. In 2002 he sold all company assets and moved his attention into full time real estate investment management. By developing strict guidelines and unique formulas for property selection, he began acquiring solid investment properties. He discovered that he can implement all the same strategies of running a profitable manufacturing business to running an investment business. Most recently Canada's largest Real Estate Investment Group ( REIN) has recognized Marks abilities by including him in their "Top 10 Award" ( 2006 AND 2007) as well as "Rookie of The Year for 2005". He has a firm belief in setting attainable goals with each investor he works with by analyzing their investment portfolio and creating the property real estate mix to reach their objectives. More recently Mark has teamed up with Jennifer Maenz of Simcoe Homes 4 Sale. This relationship has broadened Mana Investments capabilities to include residential listings single family home buyers.
